The hotel is conveniently located, but noise from the intersection of highways can be bothersome. Rooms were spacious but lacked cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms; issues with toilet functionality were frustrating. The service was below par, with unprofessional behavior from staff and inconsistent housekeeping. The dining experience left much to be desired with a limited and unappetizing selection. The location, however, offers quick access to Orlando's attractions, within a 9-minute drive.
I had such a good time at the hotel, slept well with my family, and have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good job! The customer service from KIM was great. However, there was a smell of sewage in the room, and lights were not working properly. Despite that, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice flat-screen TV.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room had some cleanliness issues, with roaches and ceiling debris falling into the shower, which was quite off-putting. On the bright side, the pricing was reasonable. The service was a letdown, especially with rude and unconcerned night shift staff. The location wasn't ideal due to the surrounding area, but it was close to some attractions. The dining options were not impressive, lacking variety and quality.
